if you clean out your colon, will you lose weight?
i’ve been told that cleaning out your colon gets rid of unwanted toxins, therefore helping you lose weight. is this true? and if it is…how can i do it, BESIDES DRINKING WATER. i already do that. i really want to lose 10 pounds. i exercise ALL the time as i am a major athlete, and i have a pretty good diet…but clearly exercise and eating healthfully doesn’t do it all.

it will.. theres some kind of liquid u can purcahse at drug stores and you mix it with water. afterwards you go to the bathroom and everything gets out of your system. i mean everything. since your stomach is empty, you weigh less. but it makes you very letargic bc you have no energy since your body has no food. and after you drink the liquid, you can only eat non-solid foods (ie yogort, jello) at first then you work your way up to solid food.
look up the salt water diet
it totally cleans out your colon in 10 days
When you clean you colon, you do drop a few pounds. I occasionally, drink prune juice just to get rid of a heavy feeling. You don’t know it is heavy until you do it. You feel lighter and feel better. I’ve checked my weight before hand and after the cleansing the difference is noticeable.yeah and that liquid you can buy in the drug store is called Fleet. You have to drink a gang of water with it, but the prune juice is easier.
maybe you just muscle mass, not full of crap..
I have found an amazing new product that is as safe as WATER and as effective as having a Gastric Bypass. To good to be true? Send me a message and I would love to tell you more!
It will help you lose weight….but not fat. You will lose poop. Your body gets rid of toxins on its own. The way to get rid of toxins is to cut out all junk/processed foods. Drink a lot of water; eat organic food.
I heard if you can get rid of stubborn encrustation that is stuck on the walls of the colon, you can have a flatter tummy…
