I have irritable bowel syndrome. How do I keep my butt cheeks from spewing diarrhea when I have an emergency?
Sometimes I’ll be out at the store, and diarrhea spasms hit me. I have had accidents on several occasions. How can I avoid this? Is there some butt-cheek strengthening exercises I can do?
