Huge Boil on right scrotum had over a week. It is the bigger than one of my balls and hurts to walk.?
I have tried cleaning it with antibacterial soap. It then had a soft patch the size of a nickle today it ripped open and was leaking. Now it has this mass of tissue hanging out about 6 inches and the opening is huge. I can’t afford to go to the doctor does anyone know if this is more serious or will the core eventually come out? It looks like my intestines are coming out.

There are hundreds of skin diseases. If you have not gone to a doctor, you cannot know what that lesion is. It might not be a true "boil". But since you have tried to open it and the core refuses to drain well, one possibility may be a very difficult skin disease called *Hidradenitis Suppurativa* (abbreviated as "HS"). HS cysts can act much the way you described. The "mass of tissue" hanging out is a great concern. I hope you have not opened your scrotum too deeply. From what you described, going to a doctor is VERY important. If a serious infection like Staph sets in, you could be in danger rather quickly. That could be a much more serious danger than merely becoming sterile. Whatever the cost, please go see a decent doctor and get some help. Go to them and explain the scrotal damage and your lack of money. Some doctors will treat people who are in great need for free as a humanitarian act. Since you are male, and the scrotum is involved, a Urologist is a good choice. Free treatment at county hospitals is sometimes an option too. If the urologist has experience with HS, that is MUCH better (and rare). HS is VERY difficult to get to heal. If you have HS or any of several other skin diseases, your scrotum will need all the skills you doctor can muster. Good luck.
