How much weight can I lose on colon detox pills?
My cousin asked me to be her bridesmaid. ‘Till now I’ve been procrastinating. I have 3 weeks to lose weight. If I:
1. eat 2-3 small meals a day
2. exercise everyday for 1 hour
3. take detox pills everyday
4. drink 10-12 glasses of water a day
5. restrict eating after 6
I really need your help, guy! Maximum points!!

There’s really no correct answer to this because it all depends on how well your body responds to the detox pills. I’ve lost at least 5 lbs in the last few days on it, so if your body reacts the same way within three weeks you can lose upwards of 15lbs if there’s that much waste still inside.
listen. colon detox is really unhealthy in the long run. Change the way you exercise.What I did, is I started jogging instead of exercising.
I lost 30 pounds,went from chubby to actually being able to see my muscle/ ideal shape of my body. Its really easy to get started too. Set a goal like being able to run a 30k race, and work at it every day.(that is if you have like 2-3 months till the wedding). This was my personal, and best advice I can offer.
That may be a quick fix, but you will gain whatever you lose when it starts to build back up plus some. Can you really live like that?

Ok so forget what anyone says about dieting, b/c they don’t work. you need to make a lifestyle change.
I recently lost 61lbs (and counting) and I still eat whatever I want, I just limit my portions a little.
Soda is soooooo good, but sooooo bad for you. If you drink it, stop.
I don’t know about you, but I used to drink pretty much everything, but water…the sodas, and sugary juices, late’s, cappuccino’s, etc. They have so much sugar that I was drinking more calories than I should have been eating in a day or 2 or 3.
Now I drink water and some decaffeinated green tea with a slice of lemon in it (lots of antioxidants), and real juice, not corn syrup!
If you really want to lose weight then you can b/c it’s all in your head.
Eating more actually does boost your metabolism. Sounds crazy, right?
Have you tried laying on your back and doing a bicycle in the air? Or leg lifts?
Also, have you ever tried a dancing tape like dancing with the stars? (I got it used for a few bucks) It sounds stupid I know, but it’s a lot of fun and you can lock your bedroom door and turn the tape on. You’d be surprised how much of a workout it is.
I can’t live without my body ball (those over-sized looking kick balls)! You can do sit-ups, push, leg lifts, even sit on it and use little weights or 2 liters of soda that you don’t drink anymore
