How long will it take to get a flat tummy using this method?
Me and my friends are going to the beach in July and right now I don’t have a flat stomach and I want one. So here’s my method:
- Eat a good breakfast every day. (I always skip breakfast and that’s part of the problem)
- Get a good night’s sleep of at LEAST 9.5 hours every night (as you can see I stay up late)
- Do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and then pilates after that. On Sunday a light 20 minute jog
- Only have one soda a week and the rest of the time, drink water (I know myself well enough to know I wouldn’t be able to stick to no soda at all)
NO ADS!!!!! PLEASE NO CRAP ABOUT ACAI BERRY AND TARGETED WEIGHT LOSS AND COLON CLEANERS!!!

i would also include some situps and crunches.

i promise you this is not an add lol its an actual link to a good ab routine .
drinking water is very good, keep it up eat alot of greens and if you have weights start lifting them because they are good ffor the stomach. dont work your abs everyday , they need atleast a day inbeteen to relax

If you want your stomach to be flat, incorporate more core exercises into your routine. Pilates is nice, but unless you’re specifically working your core you’re just improving your overall fitness. Add some leg lifts, crunches, things like that. I personally like doing Billy Blanks ad workout tapes with a medicine ball. It keeps the abdomen tight and it’s fscking fun.
That sounds like a great plan!
It’s good that you are doing it sensibly, but don’t get carried away, thats how i got my ED!
It shouldnt take too long, but dont panic if it doesnt start straight away!

sounds a plan but you failed to mention what kind of food you are sticked to, I recommend low glycemic foods even in snacks this will help you a lot, I know friends don’t do much of an exercise just a walk in the park and some stretching made them loose at least 25lbs
