Me and my friends are going to the beach in July and right now I don’t have a flat stomach and I want one. So here’s my method:
- Eat a good breakfast every day. (I always skip breakfast and that’s part of the problem)
- Get a good night’s sleep of at LEAST 9.5 hours every night (as you can see I stay up late)
- Do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and then pilates after that. On Sunday a light 20 minute jog
- Only have one soda a week and the rest of the time, drink water (I know myself well enough to know I wouldn’t be able to stick to no soda at all)
