Colonics work very well, I have had many. They are a little bit pricey, around $75-$100. You can take a colonic at home using five enemas in five different positions and get similar results as those high price places charge.
I dont think its painful.. my girlfriend did it…. you lay on a weird table… they put a tube in your butt & fill you up with water ( or some type of fluid) and then you push it out and it takes a bunch of stuff with it.. undigested food.. cleans the lining etc… she thought it was great. She said, I know it sounds disgusting but you feel SO much better when its done. She did it frequestly for a few months.. may still be, I don’t know.
