How do we know Hitler had Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

If he had Parkinson's as they say he did, the he definitely had a lot of Gastro Intestinal problems. Severe constipation, IBS, GERD and almost anything else that could be imagined are an integral part of Parkinson's disease…heart problems would not be a supprise……I would have doped myself silly back then because of the lack of any real medication for PD
