How can i feel full while fasting/ colon cleansing?
Ok so im doing the colon cleansing diet/ fasting. Im just starting so of course im gona feel a little full for a day or 2 but is there any way that i can feel full without eating a single thing. Would drinking a bottle of water with those crystal light powders in it be too sugary for my stomach and the fast will be worthless? Any thing you know about this, please tell

If you are fasting, ignore the other 2 posts. Fruit juice IS food and Flax is food as well (although the flax is a good way to "clean house") I have found that soda waters keep me quite full (e.g. canada dry makes some flavored ones and Lacroix makes them as well) They are usually by the bottled water/vitamin waters in the grocery store and are nothing but flavor and fizzy water. Crystal light is pretty much just chemicals and would prob be a very bad idea on an empty stomach.
Fruit juices are good. Water also. You might take vitamins. Once your stomach shrinks it won’t take much to fill you.
Think about what you are doing.
You are cleaning house.
You can sweep the house also.
You can eat ground flax seeds soaked in water.
Flax is like a sweeper that will assist the colon cleaning. It does not get in the way at all. It is like having a broom to help the process. Also having something in your stomach will protect the lining of your stomach from the aggressivee effects of the digestive juices that will continue to be produced.
Fasting is good for the body but it does not mean abstinence which is agressive on the body.
Technically if you’re truly fasting, you wouldn’t eat/drink anything with any calolies…so that rules out a lot of liquids and even crystal light packets. Drink lots of water and chew gum. Chewing gum can trick you into feeling full, but go for sugar free like trident, stride, or five.
You can take liquid diets.Core cleanse is an effective way to detoxify the body.It is also available at a very reasonable price.Try it out at http://www.coloncleanse.net/corecleanse.html
