home remedy to clean out my system?
Is there a home remedy to clean out your insides. I feel I need to flush out my intestines and blood. If so, any tips?

no other simple remedies than these two.
The quickest and most thorough way to do this is with an enema. They do them in hospitals everyday. They are so easy to do at home that all drugstores carry the enema kits. Site below has more on this and another slower, less thorough way.

Water. Or, green tea.
anything with high fiber.. that’s what it’s meant to do..
Having more of fiber in your diet does make a difference. It helps to clean the system by providing the roughage to the excretory system. I eat a lot of fiber a day at least 50 grams on average. Mine is mostly from fruit veggies and whole grain bread. Try this, it is healthy and it might also save you on buying those laxative products.
