Hi, the best colon cleanse for loosing weight also happens to be the easiest & cheapest to do. it is the onion & cabbage soup cleanse.
you basically boil as many onions & cabbages as you can (you can add tomato also if you like) no salt & no other additives. it’s going to taste quite bland. now you eat this and only this for one week straight & you can eat as much of it as you like. in fact more is better.
I guarantee you will loose five to ten pounds in one week. this is the safest most healthy colon cleanse available. this is is actually used in some hospitals & clinics for patients who are overweight or have their intestines in bad order.
ha, actualy as we speak I have a batch boiling, I personally do it the first week of every month . you will feel so good after a week of this. the catch is you can eat ONLY this stew & it does not taste that great.
if you want something a little more high tech then i would recomend you check out this review http://doctorcoloncleanse.com/?cat=38
hope this helps & good luck!!
I eat gazpacho and drink lots of water for a few weeks when I need to rid my body of toxins. It’s healthy, it isn’t fattening, and it’s delicious. Your whole body will feel great and it won’t harm you in the least.
And yes–you will lose weight!
