The only home type I have done, is the all natural cleanse from GNC.. or any healthfood store.. Had good results with no pain and gas..
I’ve used the Ultimate Cleanse, which is a whole body detoxification. It takes a while, a couple months or so, depending on how your system is. Follow the directions though, and you should notice things straightening out. I am going to try a different one next time, from Garden of Life. It is a 10 day program. I’ve heard good things about it, so will try it for a change to see. I can’t remember the name of it though, sorry.
Some other things to do that don’t involve buying a program are not only drinking plenty of water, but also doing a weekly water fast. You basically don’t eat from the evening meal one night, until the evening meal the next night. You drink water only during that time, and make sure you drink. I was skeptical the first time I tried it, but WOW, I really did notice a big difference in how I felt. It’s basically like giving your digestive system a vacation, well deserved.
