Has anyone lost weight with colon cleansing?
If so, what kind did you use and how long did you use it ? How much weight did you lose?

yes, the average person has 15 lbs. of turds in them. colon cleansing should be done regularly. it will temporarily drop off some weight.
yes, you’ll lose weight. but you wont lose it from the areas you want. you wont lose any fat either. just water and waste. dont mess with your bowel it elliminates waste at its own rate. you could become dehydrated and malnourished if you did this on a regular basis. to lose fat from specific areas of your body, you gotta exercise regularily and cut out sweets
I used to work in a place were my boss did colon cleanses, first just to let you know we have a ton of things sitting in our gut stuff from even when we were five years old, from my expirience getting colon cleanses regulary will help you loose weight, however i am not sure that is something so reversal is good for your body either, if you want to loose weight, get a colonic every three or four months, eat a heatlhy diet, exercise regulary, and to a complete cleanse once a year-anything excessive can hurt you so be careful-good luck!

If they have, it would only be of a temporary nature, much the same as using laxatives to lose weight.
