Has anyone experienced rectal bleeding with abdominal cramping and back pain?
I am having the urgency to have a bowel movement but all that comes out is blood, about a teaspoon or two. Has been happening for two days now.
I am having some constipation. I have never had **** sex. And I have not been to any foreign countries. Its pretty painful in my abdomen right now.

I’m a nurse.It could be hemorrhoids, polyps, or it could be rectal cancer. You must go to a gastrointerologist immediately. It is a serious sign, that must be found out.
You probably are having a internal bleeding in your intestines!!! IT CAN BE VERY VERY SERIOUS. Please go to the hospital as soon as possible!!
i think u really needa go to the docs or the emergnency room u may even have kidney problems. id go to the hospital

I hate to ask you this question but , don’t take offense to it. Have you participated in anal sex recently with someone who was a little larger than what your anus can handle? If not, then have you traveled to a foreign counry recently and ate something that may had been contaminated with some viral bacteria?
If you had participated in anal sex, get yourself checked into an emergency room immediately! also go anyway since your passing blood through the rectum. That shouldnt be hapening at all,,,
Are you sufffering from consitpation, and if so, have you been eating your fiver lately, or have you been driking alot and i mean alot alot of water?
Go check yourself out for this condition because we dont want to hear that you something had happened with you.

I’m thinking that it may be kidney stones if you are having back pain associated with it. If it were hemoroids, the pain would be in the rectal area.
