Has anybody ever done the Sea salt colon cleanse?
I am now 26 years old and ever since middle school my bowel movements has been once or twice a week and sometimes once every two weeks. I think this is causing me to not be able to lose weight, Im always tired and have no energy. I am also always in a bad mood and don’t know why. I am wondering if my digestive system has something to do with that. If anyone has done this cleanse, does it really work? Any tips? Any side effects? Thanks

Your lack of regularity doesn’t come from the fact that you aren’t doing enough colon cleanses. It comes from your diet. I know, it’s a "strange" concept to suggest to people, that the food they put into their bodies affects them, but it does. You don’t need a diet gimmick to get regular. Proper nutrition and hydration are the key. After all, the body is supposed to do this naturally…clearly, you don’t need to buy some stupid cleanse.
Email me your current diet, including any drinks you intake (water, sodas, alcohol, juice, coffee, tea, etc.), and we’ll see what we can do.
Colon cleansing is the modern technique to reduce weight. Scientists have highlighted the fact that not all unwanted weight is thanks to surplus fat, a load of weight basically lies there in the colon, and all you have to do is clean it out. http://jawock.mydreamdiet.info has a risk free trial on at the moment, give it a try, you could reduce up to twenty pounds!
