The above answer about internal cleansing being hogwash is non-sense. About 3 years ago I was at a point in my life where all I wanted to do is sleep and eat. I had no energy, I would always be hungry, I had dry skin, acne, rashes from time time, body odor, the list goes on. I felt horrible, I was miserable. It’s true that eating whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and drinking plenty of water will keep you regular.
The problem is that once you have the "toxic build-up" you won’t be able to eat enough of those things to get an efficient cleanse. That’s where potent cleansing herbs come in, when you combine these herbs in a potent mixture they have a very good cleansing effect on the body as a whole.
After my cleansing I couldn’t I felt more alive…full of energy…I lost like 30lbs and havn’t gained an ounce back since….it’s been 3 years. Cause once you realize what your unhealthy eating has done to you, you will more than likely change you eating habits. So your weight loss is NOT temporary. Cleansing should be done about once a year, in between that time you should be sure to eat plenty of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of good clean water. You may need to supplement your diet with a good fiber powder, cause most of the food you buy today is so low in fiber that you’d have to basically over-eat to get the 25-30 grams of fiber you need per day.
So, I know from PERSONAL experience that internal cleansing is good and needed by most people. Now, to your question….The Organica Research product your talking about seems to be a pretty decent product. It seems to have all the key ingredients for a good cleanse. The only side effects that you can get from a cleansing is rashes and headaches which pass after about 3 days. This is because of the cleansing effect on the body, the toxins are trying to escape through the skin…and you’ll also have more toxins floating around in your system because of the clean sweep that’s going on. Kind of like when you vacuum or sweep the floor. The dirt has always been there, but once you try to clean it up it’ll make more dust and dirt float around. Well, I hope this helped…you can learn more about internal cleansing and detoxification at http://detox-flush.blogspot.com
There’s a lot of pseudoscience insisting that toxic levels of waste build up in the colon, ‘poisoning’ you. It’s total hogwash. You do not need to cleanse the colon.
What will a colon-cleansing product do for you? It’ll empty the colon, for very short-term weight loss of waste that would have worked its way out over the next day or two. If you suffer from hemorrhoids, it may soften the stool to allow it to pass more comfortably. If you happen to be constipated, it will solve the problem, temporarily.
The con is that it’s absolutely unnecessary. You’d be better off eating whole grains, plenty of fruit and vegetables, and drinking enough to be properly hydrated all the time.
