   One of the best detox recipes to flush the colon includes cayenne, spring water and lemon. What you need to do is squirt a tablespoon of lemon in a glass and add cayenne pepper into it. Add as much cayenne as you can take, usually it is best to start off with just a few sprinkles. Then fill the cup up with spring water and drink away.

   This will go down to your large intestine and cleanse the colon by removing the age old plaque and other excrement that has been stuck to the walls of your colon for all your life.
