i saw an acai berry and colon cleanse diet on Rachel Ray a while ago. i have a little "muffin top" stomach, and i want to burn it off before the summer.
1) do i have enough time?
2) is it safe?
3) does it make you go to the bathroom all day?
4) do you need a doctors perscription?
5) where can you find the products?
6) is it safe for young teenagers?
