Does the epson salt/see salt colon cleansing work?

   try drinking 64oz of water a day before you resort to epsom salt. That stuff is NASTY. If you drink more water, your body will flush out as much as it can, watch what you’re eating, and try to cut back here and there.

   Colon cleanses are not the kind of thing you do at home. Consult a doctor if you have your heart set on that method.

   please be careful doing this can mess up your electrolytes. If you are bloated going for a long walk will help. If you are constipated you need to eat more fiber. colon cleansing is not a good idea. Sorry but its true. our colons are made to take care of themselves. the lining can be compromised when we try to change what nature intended.
