Does Hydroxycut work as a diet helper?Is it dangerous? Also does anyone use colon cleansers to lose weight? ?
My grandson has to lose at least 10 pounds by late Februaryto get into the Army. Is Hydroxycut ok to use and does it show up in the Urine test as some sort of drug that is banned. Also does anyone use those colon cleansers and do they work and how.?..Does Green Tea work…He needs a fast fix…He is lowering his calorie intake, but so far he hasn’t lost any weight. He also is exercises. He needs a fast fix just for the weight in..Thanks..

Hydroxycut and all those colon cleansers are just BS. Nobody has ever lost fat and kept it off thanks to hydroxycut or a colon cleanser. Unsweetened green tea won’t hurt, but it definitely isn’t some miracle tea.
To lose fat:
1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS!
2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won’t work in the long run.
3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level.
4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight.
5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein.
5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda).
6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this.
7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don’t worry; you won’t look like the hulk if you lift weights.
8. You should lose about 1-2lbs (.45-.9kg) per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass.
9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements.
Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results.
I think that gettinghe banned drugs and heavy dose of drugs is not well. A better exercise and accuracy in diet is much sufficient to lose weight.
hydroxycut works but you have to take it with a multivitamin or it will not work. He has 5 weeks the excercise should do most of the weight lose.
I have tried Hydroxycut, and it really works…. TEMPORARILY. Your body develops a tolerance for it. When you stop, you get back your "old energy" and can no longer handle certain exercises…thus you gain back all the weight.
Green tea has many beneficial claims, it doesn’t hurt to try, though it’s not going to bring you mircales.
I know lot of guys who drink protein shakes and they gain muscles quick. Maybe he could try those. 10 lbs is not hard to lose by end of Feb – enrol him at gym. Encourage him to engage in physical activity that’s enjoyable for him, such as taking boxing or body combat classes.
