Does colon cleansing tablets have the same effect as the procedure?
I don’t have insurance, but I want me cololn cleansed. So I want to know the pros & cons of the tablet and procedure.

I did some googling and found that just about anyone who recommends colon cleansing stands to gain by selling some type of product. Here’s what mayoclinic.com had to say:

colon cleansing doesn’t do anything. if you’re really gung ho about it go get an enema kit from walgreens.
this can be dangerous…and it’s not even considered healthy…why even bother doing it…?
their isn’t a MEDICAL procedure for colon cleansing…
the PROCEDURE is a colonoscopy that DETERMINES whether you have pollups or COLON cancer!!
Hi, I recently read that colon cleansing tablets and detoxification’s can lead to gull stones. So if I were you I would have my colon cleansed at the the hospital.
