A co worker is advocating a colon cleansing system, drnatura.com, and says that he no longer takes any meds, and even stopped taking insulin shots. Colon cleansing etc, scam or real?

hey, i can’t speak for the insulin, but im currently on my 7th day on the drnatura system. and honestly i don’t really feel much of a difference, but it does say it may take 3weeks or so to begine noticing results……with that being said, it is pretty much a proven fact that using a colon cleanser is a good idea especially if you’ve ever taken an antibiotic in your life, antibodies remove the good bacteria from your intestine and allow the bad ones to form, colon cleansing will reverse this process, i would recommend going ahead and doing the cleanse, i obviously did.
