Absolutely not.
The notion that your colon needs cleansing is a triumph of marketing. There have been clinical studies, but none produced results backing the claims of colon cleansing products, including that your cravings are reduced.
Fecal material does not collect, impacted on the colon walls. Fecal material in the colon is not toxic and cannot poison. (Or constipated people would be found dead on the street. "Look, Jerry, there’s another one. Poor bastard didn’t eat enough fiber.")
Colon cleansing is quackery, designed to sell you a product you don’t need.
It is crap…excuse the expression. Don’t waste your money and possible damage your colon.
No, it doesn’t work. But doctors recommend one day only per month to just eat fruits, veggies, water and juice. That is a natural and safe way to cleanse your body and rid it of nasty toxins.
yes it definitely works i had a colonic cleanse and it flushed away about 5 pounds of unwanted waste that was just sitting there and the health therapist that did it told me about a famous man that died of colon cancer and when an autopsy was done on him there was 44 pounds of excess waste in his bowels so if he had done a regular colonic cleanse he probably would have not died.so i would advise you to buy a herbal tea from holland and barret called slimatee and follow the instructions.its brilliant
Gastro doctors do not recommend it. Told my BF that was the worse thing he could do. No legal studies approved by the FDA that supports it. Just a money maker for scaring the public into spending money on junk!
Yes, Colon Cleansing is considered quackery by most professionals and should not be used as a weight loss program. You can upset your bodies electrolyte balance as well as damage your health in other ways by introducing foreign agents into your colon.
However, chronic constipation is not good either and can lead to problems such as impaction and hemorrhoids. Constipation is aggravated by improper diet, dieting and not drinking enough fluids…preferably water.
A family friend just died of ischemic bowel related to a colonic cleanse…traffic and unneeded death…do not do it.
Of course it does work. Of course the GI doctor will tell you Not to do it. This cuts into his 20 colonoscopys a day And he cant afford that new BMW Mercedes or send his family to italy for a month! If colon cleansing does not work then why do they give you a concoction to empty your bowel before a colonoscopy? Think about it.If the colon is that essicent then you would not need it. They can tell you do not eat for 2 days and drink water before the test. Best products that do work are from Dr.Richard Schulze. You can google him and catch some videos on line of his seminars. He is very real and I know numerous natural dr.s in my area and they all have heard and have rave revues about him. Anyone that knocks down natural healing and belive all the garbage they show you on tv about all the drugs to take for all these ailments then you are already DEAD!! Remember all these drugs are based on . NATURAL MEDICINE But with major side effects. In a natural state the natural medicine plants herbs have no side effects. The only side effects is the ones the Big pharma puts out for scare tactics not to use them. It cuts into thier profits!!They want MD doctors do not cure your problem they give you pills to help you cope with the problem and mask the symptoms… That is it. Wake up use your judgement not theirs!!
I have often thought that it would be a good idea to get this done…but I don’t really have a need at the moment.I would say go for, it can’t hurt as there are loads of people doing it.
