Yes you can lose weight from them. They also rid your body of toxins. They may even help your metabolism because when your colon is full it slows your system.

Of course it doesn’t make you lose weight. Why would water rushing through your bowel make you lose weight? And the colon does not become toxic if you don’t cleanse it. The colon cleans itself. All I know is that a colon cleansing isn’t painful, but it’s not exactly comfortable either. The point is, you don’t need it. It won’t prevent cancer or other diseases.
