does colon cleanse really help weight loss?
Does taking the colon cleanse products added to diet help you lose weight fast? has anyone tried it? I am eating mostly beans and vegetables and mild exercise. I was hit by a car and have permanent damage that hurts if I exercise too much.

No, it just cleanses your colon. The only true way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. There’s no magic meal, or pill, or drink that makes it go away (at least none that isn’t temporary or very bad for you). You need to put in the time and effort, and most of all be patient because it takes some time.
Considering your accident, I would recommend swimming, it’s much easier on your joints but still works out your muscles and provides great cardio.

colon cleanse can work for people that have had unhealthy diet for a long time and are quite older than, lets say, teenagers.
if the problem of your increased weight is the mucosa plaque in your bowels, then yes. if it prevents the nutrients absorption, that your body is nutritiously starving even if you eat excessive amounts of food with plenty of calories, colon cleanse may work. but i doubt it would be fast, if the major fat is in your adipose tissue instead of waste products stored in your bowels.
A colon cleanse loads your system up with mostly fiber and maybe some other nutrients, just watch for ones that have sugar in them. Too much sugar is what makes your bowels that sickly green color. It simply catches all the fecal matter in your intestines that didnt make it out all those other times sitting on the ‘throne’. So in a sense, yes. You can lose a small amount of weight by doing a cleanse, it wont be significant. You should notice some bloating go down in the abdominal region though. You can repeat this process as often as every three months!
Take care and good luck!
No. Your colon is actually a self-cleaning organ and does not need to be "detoxified" or cleaned. These are just scams designed to get your money by promising a "quick fix" for weight loss. Sorry, no such thing!
