Do you care about the health of your colon?

   Yes. My dad recently got colon cancer and a person my brother knew intestines literally exploded. So, i watch more what I eat and clean myself out at least once a year so my colon stays clean and healthy.

   If you dad recently got colon cancer you should make sure you
   speak to your doctor about a colonoscopy. You may be at a higher risk since somebody in your family recently had it.
   He/She may recommend you get one sooner than the AMA recommends.

   Hope your dad fully recovers.
