Do laxatives make you throw up?

I have Fleet Phospho-soda oral saline laxative and I was wondering if I took it, would I throw up or get instant diarreah.
It says on the label:

INDICATIONS: Laxative: for the relief of occasional constipation. Purgative: for use as part of a bowel cleansing regimen in preparing the patient for surgery or for preparing the colon for x-ray or endoscopic examination

So, would I throw up if I took it?

I’m just trying to get rid of something I ate cuz I have a stomach ache and it’s just kinda sitting there.
