Well, probiotics are what I’ve seen to be most effective for IBS and similar intestinal problems. Both my mother and by brother have IBS, and they have noticed huge benefits when they take probiotics for even just a couple weeks. My brother even forgets to take them after a week or two because "his stomach doesn’t bother him anymore". LOL!
