Check your yellow pages for Health Foods products Nature Sunshine. They have a Taoi He Cleanse. It is a ten day cleanse. You take it 30 minutes before you eat. I have had the lap band and this is the best thing out there. Only thing is you must take a packet of pills with a glass of water, you may have to wait longer than thirty minutes before you eat, but it does make a HUGE difference. It costs about 30.00 and I use it once or twice a year
