I had surgery for pudendal neuralgia. It didn't help. It is not hemmorhoids, fissures etc. I had a normal pap, several vaginal exams, and then a UTI. Six weeks later WHAM! I felt as if there was a ball in my rectum! Now it burns all the time. I cannot sit and my life is miserable. I am 50 years old and in bed all the time. Can someone figure out my mystery diagnosis?
