Colon Health – tissue in feces?
Lately, I feel like my colon is going to fall out through my butt! The feces is a dark brown color – not black – but, like, dark dark brown. And Im pretty sure there are some strands of tissue. I can see flecks of blood on them. Im sure of it.
Also, I find that Im constantly switching from loose to constipated. Not diarreha loose, just not really wanting to stay together, but is, by the grace of the poop god.
Help, por favor.
Please help!

you need to see a doctor.to find out what the problem is.it may be I.B.S or something more serious.put your mind at rest see your doctor.
Take a fiber supplement to regulate your digestive health and if theres an unusual amount of blood there can be a serious problem get it checked out
go and see a doctor you need to have your stools checked out to see what is happening inside your gut, don’t self medicate get a proper doctors check – quickly
I had the same problem and I found two solutions to correct it. I drink an eight ounce glass of water with a smooth texture orange flavored fibre therapy powder that contains natural psyllium fiber similar to Metamucil. I buy the Target Store brand because it costs less than the Metamucil brand. Follow the instructions on the container to give yourself the correct dosage. Then in the evening, I have a bowl of popcorn without butter and just a little salt every night after dinner and about an hour before I go to bed. Doing this every day provides enough fibre for the intestines and the stool is neither too firm nor too runny. A healthy stool is when the end of the stool after having a bowel movement is tapered at the end. I also suggest not eating too many foods that contain red meat as the flecks of blood may be from the red meat. Were the symptoms you describe to continue, go to a gastroenterologist and have yourself checked. In many cases a change in the diet that includes foods with more fibre will correct this. I do not suggest using a colin cleanser without a doctor’s recommendation, as you may give have too much diarrhea and not be able to control when you will have a bowel movement next, which could happen at any time and you may have an embarrassing accident when you least expect it. This is a low cost solution to try. Were your symptoms to get worse, I suggest seeing a gastroenterologist. I also suggest that if you drink too much alcohol that you cut down the amount of alcohol you drink, as the quantity of alcohol will have an affect on your bowels. Good luck to you. Have faith and hope that the poop God will help you.
