Colon cleansing, what are some good products?
There are a lot of internal cleansing products on the market. How do i know which ones are good and which ones are just "get skinny quick" pills that do nothing to cleanse you….Im not trying to do an internal cleanse to loose weight i don’t want to loose weight, i just feel bloated all the time and i think a good internal cleansing product will help…

You don’t need to waste your money, the body is a self cleaning unit, doesn’t need any help.
These "colon cleansers" are nothing more than potent laxatives.
They are dangerous and foolish to use.
By using any of these products, you are disrupting the natural balance of bacteria & other flora of the digestive tract. This can cause LOTS of problems.
If you need to feel "cleansed", I’d recommend eating a diet that is high in fiber. Lots of fiber really get the poop moving! But it will not affect your body’s balance.
Don’t waste your money on something unhealthy!
The one that works the best for me is this stuff called bowtrol colon cleanse. Although to be honest I haven’t used any other products so I can’t really compare them to others. I can only tell you about my experience using this one.
I’ve been using it about 3 times a year (once a quarter) and it really helps clean up my system. I think of it like a neti pot for my system (btw – if you suffer from allergies I also HIGHLY recommend using neti pot).
From what I’ve learned and experienced, doing the colon cleansing helps get rid of the toxins that build up in your body. It’s kinda like hitting the reset button on your digestive system.
The colon cleansings really helps puts a spring back in my step.
