Colon Cleansing?
I have been having bowel movement problems since I was a teen. I thought it was because of the way I ate (and still do). However, recently I have been reading up on diets and diet pills and found some websites about colon cleansing…I am think of trying a program called "Colonix" because I feel so miserable sometimes, especially after eating. I feel bloated and sluggish. Does anybody know if this program is worth the money and could someone tell me if colon cleansing is really beneficial?

Colon cleansing may not be a good idea: it can actually remove good bacteria that is in your colon. This can lead to propensity for infections, etc.
You implied that your eating habits are poor. Even making small changes over a period of time can help you. Try drinking more water and eating more foods with fiber.
One of the primary benefits of colon cleansing is that it improves the functioning of the colon and is helpful in alleviating or preventing constipation. Regular colon cleansing helps to remove this undigested waste as well as the hardened fecal mater that is blocking the passageway of the colon. Waste can pass quickly and efficiently through the system, preventing or alleviating the development of constipation.
