That’s good you don’t want to take those pills. Not all of them are checked by FDA and you never know what’s inside them and how they will affect you. For colon cleansing eat only whole gain breads and cereals, lots of raw vegetables. Generally, all fiber rich foods are great.

During any type of colon cleansing program you should eat more fiber foods. All vegetables, fruits, and nuts are great. If possible juice fasting is the better route.
