no, it wont help you lose weight.
people who should do it are the ones that have intestinal problems or have been taking a lot of meds etc
Its another fad. Don’t bother.
its basically a mega-enema, unpleasant and potentially dangerous due to sodium loss from the body.
the other type of colon cleanses are oral, where you eat a ton of garlic and end up smelling like garlic for days.
Just a fad.
