There is so much good info out there. The truth is so simple. To be fit and close to ideal body weight you must eat healthy reasonable meals and get some sort of exercise a few times a week. Genetics does play are role and determines how close you have to watch you diet and how much exercise you need during the week to stay in shape. There are some medical conditions that will cause a person to be big or small but those are not the normal cause of weight issues in America today. You do not have to be on any special diet, or have some special work out video to loose weight. Diet pills can cause temporary movement in you weight but are not long term fixes and can have very negative effects. Like most things in this world if you have is some motivation, self discipline, and education on the issue then you have everything you need to be a success. You do not need to pay to clean you colon or for a bottle of pills. Why is this so hard to accept for may people.

Okay..
Im not going to tell you my whole story about why I need to know.
So basically, I want to know on this website:
http://consumer-warning.net/diet/?t202id=621&t202kw=9lbswkly-diet
It talks about taking acai berry and some colon cleanser pills. So does this mean you take both? Or Im confused.. I know this may seem obvious to you, but please be nice.
Also, do they sell acai berry or the colon cleanser pills (unless its a pill thats a colon clenser AND has acai berry in it) in stores?
What stores should I look for it at?
Maybe vitamin world?
Thank you ![]()
Hey guys,
I’ve had acne since I was a teenager. Was diagnosed as having candida overgrowth in NOvember, so did the diet for that and it’s now gone, but my acne is still there. My naturopath says I’m very toxic. Apparently colon cleanse works, but I have no idea where to start or whether it may be dangerous? Has anyone got any advice?
Thanks!
i was told to eat more fiber in my diet due to diverticulosis diagnosed during my colon test. the foods that are high in fiber, i.e. vegs and nuts and beans, cause stomach gas so what do you do?
Dr. Oz, from Oprah, said men need 35g of fiber a day to help prevent colon cancer. My Stroehmann brand enriched Hot Dog Buns have only 1g of dietary fiber. How do I make up for the lack of fiber in my diet?
How much miralax do i need to buy to clean my colon out? I know i have to be on a clear liquid diet, but i wanna make sure im 100% cleaned out! how much gatorade? im nervous! help please
I have had a spastic colon for more than 8 years. I know what to eat and what not to even touch. My situation was controlled for some time but two months ago I woke up with a burning pain in and around my shoulder – almost inside my cartilage. I took blood tests for rheumatoid arthritis and the amount of acids in my system. Both were higher than normal but not really a danger. I am taking anti-inflammatory tablets but the pains have spread to my muscles. I am eating a balanced diet suggested by a dietician. I also exercise 5 days a week for an hour at a time but I am still gaining weight. I gained almost 15kg in 9 months. I am always bloated and suffer of heavy constipation, dizziness and fatigue. What is going on with me? Who should I see next? I have been to so many doctors and they keep on telling me it is my spastic colon! Could it be my thyroid? Please, any advice.
I’m in a contest with my husband. He has always been overweight, and I recently became overweight with the birth of our third child. (all born within a 3-year period.) The contest ends on January 1st (and we hope that the weight lost by then will be motivating enough to keep us going.) and I heard that colon cleaning can be a great kickstart to any diet.
We’re doing this all natural with a change of diet and exercise. No pills involved except for Colon cleansing. So I’m wondering what I can buy at GNC or some other drug or health food store.
So not too long ago I started having abdominal pains. It hasn’t been too bad and it has been rather on and off for a couple of days – most recently it’s hardly shown up if at all. In between the duration of when it started I noticed what I thought to be bright red blood on the very end of one stool – which also happens to be the only appearance of the possible blood that I have noticed. I think it looks more narrow but unfortunately I’m not sure considering I don’t usually look to make the comparison. I have no history of either cancer in my family. I’m usually very tired and somewhat un-energetic but unfortunately it’s hard to use that as a symptom because I only get 4-5 hours of sleep and have a poor diet and sometimes don’t have lunch. I have always been underweight and somewhat pale I suppose.
Last time I was at the doctor I was told I have a lot of anxiety and need to stop worrying so much. Do you think it’s the same case this time around or does colon cancer seem fairly likely?
Though I’m well aware that diseases don’t pick ages to affect you, I’m 18.
Regarding as to any other symptoms relating to stools etc. I’m not sure, It has cycled through types 3-6 on the Bristol Stool Chart – I did my research!
I remember change in bowel habits being mentioned but I’m not sure if it was a single change or constantly changing or if it even makes a difference. Though with that being said, from what I recall, it was fine until I noticed the possible blood and started with the "impending doom" feeling. I’m not saying that to rule out anything – but I don’t know if that had an effect.
Thanks for the responses!
I intend on getting checked out by a doctor anyway – whether it’s with the intention of seeing if I have a disease or just to ease my mind.
I eat an all natural diet. High in fiber. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Nuts and whole grains. Its the only food in my diet. Along with protein from fish and chicken. Seems like a healthy diet but I’ve recently developed a pain in lower right abdominal. Its like a discomfort all around that area and into lower intestines. Days ago I had a stool that was maroon colored. My dr said all this was probably because my diet produces hard stools and probably scratched my colon and irratated it. So I’ve been takin stool softeners for the last few days and havnt noticed that big of a difference. Is this something that just needs more time or should I go in to a specialiast at hospital.
He is having colon problems.
Why do some people still stick to the false belief that eating more fiber will prevent colon cancer?
The theory that, "eating more fiber will prevent colon cancer" has been proven false. In the largest study ever to examine this theory (88,757 subjects tracked over 16 years), it has been found that a fiber rich diet does not reduce the risk of colon cancer. A 2005 meta-analysis study further supports these findings.
The Harvard School of Public Health states: "Health Effects of Eating Fiber: Long heralded as part of a healthy diet, fiber appears to reduce the risk of developing various conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, diverticular disease, and constipation. Despite what many people may think, however, fiber probably has little, if any effect on colon cancer risk."

in fact some doctors still misguide patients to eat more fiber to help prevent colon cancer. These doctors have not updated themselves to the recent medical studies
the wikipedia article has references. In fact 3 references are of medical organizations. Unreferenced wikipedia sentences should not be believed

I asked him about the chances of me getting it from him and he said it won’t, he was diagnosed in his late 30s and claims it was down to bad diet and smoking and can’t be passed down to me, he also said Familial polyposis coli doesn’t run in our family.
Is he doing me wrong saying I won’t get it? are my chances increased sevenfold due to the fact he got it? I’m 20 now when should I get my back passage inspected?
I keep hearing about this diet, but can’t find details about it, such as:
-Does it only make you lose size in your tummy, or does it make you lose weight everywhere?
-Do you have to use it with the colon cleanse to make the effects most efficient?
-Do you have to continue use in order to maintain its effects?
I don’t have much weight to lose, and I mainly just want to lose size in my thighs. Will this diet work for my goals? Will my legs stay smaller even after I discontinue use?
hello,
i am almost 19 years old and i am thinking of doing a colon, liver and candida yeast cleanse. does anyone know if there is a minimal/suitable age you should be to do all of these cleanses? is it a good idea to do even if i don’t show the symptoms of someone who needs the cleanse and i adhere to a diet rich in fibre?
I have had IBS for 3 years. If I did not have kids I would cut out my own colon. I’m that desperate. I have eliminated everything from my diet. (I survive on toast only and yes i eliminated toast for over a week so it can’t be that.) I want to find a doctor to give me a colostomy. My kids are 8, 6, and 4 year old twins. Don’t blame the kids. I wonder if the ob did something wrong when the twins were born by c-section because my back hurt for a year after they were born. As soon as my back stopped hurting my IBS started. I have tried everything, medicines, natural remedies nothing works. I have given up on doc’s. Don’t say it’s stress. IBS is my only stress factor. I’m happy and calm as long as I’m not spending the day in the bathroom. By the way I have diarrhea about 5 days a month. (down fron 20 two years ago) and I’m never constipated. Please help.
I am 13 years old and I was wondering if the diet pill Colon Lipo is safe for 13year olds. Thanks

Am I worrying too much about colon cancer?
Over the past 4 months, I’ve had a range of different bowel movements. Some have been fat and roundish; others have been thin and flat. Would I be seeing that range if you had colon cancer.
So is it a problem if I went from not being able to #### for a day, to have something like but not really direria?
I normally #### at once a day…
Abdominal distension: Nope
Abdominal pain: Nope
Unexplained, persistent nausea or vomiting: Nope
Unexplained weight loss: Nope
Change in frequency or character of stool (bowel movements): nope
Small-caliber (narrow) or ribbon-like stools: I dont’ think so?
Sensation of incomplete evacuation after a bowel movement: Nope
Rectal pain: Nope
Age. About 90 percent of people diagnosed with colon cancer are older than 50: I’m 20.
A personal history of colorectal cancer or polyps: Not that I know of.
Inflammatory intestinal conditions: Nope
Inherited disorders that affect the colon: I might have hemmorides, thouh it usually doesn’t cause a problem for me. Basiclly it’s not active most of the time.
Family history of colon cancer and colon polyps: Only my grandma, nobody else even polyps. My parents who are over 50 both got colonoscapes, neither one of them had any polyps.
Diet. Colon cancer and rectal cancer may be associated with a diet low in fiber and high in fat and calories: Probably
A sedentary lifestyle: Yeah, but do try to get at least a little bit of exercise each day.
Diabetes: Nope
Obesity: I’m only 135 pounds
Smoking. I don’t smoke
Alcohol: I don’t drink
Growth hormone disorder: I don’t think so.

Is it just my OCD doing this to me?
read this acticle about the acai berry diet and it was it really worked but then i was like i think this page is fake bc the link took me to a local news page put when i tried to go back to the home page of the site it took me too all these diet pages so i was like someone made this site to look like it was a real local new site. but anyway lol does that diet have any results. it said u should use the colon cleanse along with it
I have been exercising and dieting alot lately and increased my fiber but still not going to the bathroom on a regular basis and starting to notice I am more bloated then usual. I was told to try a colon cleanse and acai to get me back on track and help clean things out. Please give me feedback and dont tell me to work harder I am already at the gym 5 days a week for over an hour a day…… so far gone from 279 pounds to 176.
on friday my mom is getting these expensive colon cleansing supplements (pills) for us to take but I dont know how long I should take it,,,,(which might be implied by the bottle) or what my diet should be like…what do i eat??? Im a 17 year old female
I’m currently taking Slim-quick diet pills, along with the Sensus(sprinkle the pounds away), along with diet and exercise for the past 20 days. All I have lost is the belly bloat. I’m telling you this is some very stubborn fat! Now I would like to also combine a colon cleanser. Do you think that would be too much, or will that hurt me any at all. Any response will help. Thank you.
ive have these red freckles on my chest and rib cage for quite a while now and every now and then i get more! and they’re bright red too!! idk what they are, what makes them appear, and how do i get rid of them?? (is it my diet, is it my colon, or is it something else that im just not thinking of)
i appreciate your help -thx
I am very suspicious of all the pretty-obviously-made-up "blogs" on the various acai berry and colon cleanse promotion websites… it all seems a little unreal. So before I give my credit card details to these people, can a real person tell me if it ACTUALLY is any good as a diet, and also do they scam you or anything, or litter you with junk mail etc? Thank you!! ![]()
