i was going to turn to diet pills to lose weight, but since they "don’t work" and i think my colon is more important than my weight right now. plus, supposedly the colon cleanse helps you lose weight.
so i needed to know if any of these work:
-dr.Floras colon cleanse pro
-bowtrol
-dual action cleanse
-colonix
-regulux
or if you know any other way to help lose weight besides exercise, all suggestions welcome. i just dont have the energy for it.
I have PCOS and I heard that is a good one. I tried Atkins but lost nothing and 2 months later was hospitalized for colon failure.
Wondering if the diet is hard to follow and what are the basics of the diet.
5 weeks ago, I starting dieting and I have been interval running almost everyday for an average of 2 miles (I increase every few days, and am up to 3 miles currently).
I’ve also GREATLY cut back on sweets, only eating a little on special occasions such as birthdays. So I eat healthier stuff and less stuff.
At one point, my scale showed that I had lost 5 lbs, but now I’m right back to my original weight, even though I haven’t changed anything with my diet!
Plus, sometimes I think I’ve noticed a difference, but when I look closely, I don’t think I’ve lost a pound! My diet may be working, but it is WAY too slow, and at this rate I won’t make my deadline of losing 12 lbs by April 15th.
What can I do to speed fat loss up? And what am I doing wrong? Please help!
(I can’t eat 6 small meals a day because of school, and do NOT mention anything about acai berries, colon cleanse, diet pills, or whatever)
i have a few questions about the master cleanse/colon cleanse diet.
ok, if i do this for only 3 or 4 days, will it still work?
how often will i have to go to the bathroom, specifically #2? i’ve heard horror stories about there being really gross stuff in there.
i get really bad headaches if i go too long without eating. after about the 2nd or 3rd day, what would happen if i drank a soda to get rid of a terrible headache?
and one last really dumb question, i drink about 50 oz. of water a day, so will i still be able to drink as much water as i want?
thanx.
They say "i tried caloric restriction, adkins, south beach, hours at the gym, and nothing seemed to work! but then I discovered ‘colon blast’ and it changed my life!"
I mean it’s so disengenuous. Do they expect us to believe that all fad diets are the same….. except that particular one they happen to be peddling?
lol zariah your ad couldn’t be more poorly placed
Like going to see a naturopathic doctor, doing a detox diet, getting colon cleansing, doing an elimination diet, etc.? What were the results? I am 29 and am still plagued by acne and NOTHING I’ve tried has helped, including all the over-the-counter acne cleansers. I need to try something else.
So I think I’m going to go for this one: http://www.modeldietplan.com/modeldetoxdiet.htm
Will it help? I mean, will I lose a bit of weight and feel better?
And can I go straight to a colon cleansing diet after that, for like three days?
How much weight do you think I can lose doing this?
/:
What was the diet and exercie plan like? how long did it take..and whats the proof it will work?
Has anyone ever tried the acai berry and colon cleanse diet? How well does it work for weightloss? Any uncomfortable side effects?
I’ve heard of pills, plans, and diets – any help? What worked for you?
acai berry supplement and the colon cleanser?? I got a free trial for them today and i’m wondering if they aren’t going to work. My mom had a bad experience w/ diet pills when she was in high school. Her heart started to race and she couldn’t breathe. Do these do that to you?? and if you used them and they worked for you how much weight did you lose in what period of time??
I just suspect they are full of it. We heard and read many complaints about colon cleansing products over the past year, some of them being pretty upsetting. We spent the last 6 months reading over 25 different readily available colon cleansing products online. We were looking for products that produced results without being irritating. Some of the products required a complete lifestyle and diet change which for most people is extremely inconvenient and expensive.
But they need something, right? Maybe a box of Exlax.
I am oh so not regular and its getting uncomfortable and annoying! I go like twice a week on a good week. I know my carb invested diet is to blame, but I am just sluggish in the bowel dept!!
Have any of you tried a hydrocleaning process?? My hubby is trying to convince me but Im scared, embarrassed, and just dont know how it can help? If you have done it what was ur experience like and did it help?
Tomorrow I’m going to start the Acai Berry Diet and Colon Cleanse. What types of foods should I be eating during the diet. I eat relatively healthy but are there any food I should avoid or take more of? Also the colon cleanse is a 7-day program. Should I continue the Acai Berry after the cleanse is done. And what recommended dose for Acai Berry 1000 mg capsules. The recommended dose is 2 a day with a meal would it be bad if i took 4 a day, 2 with 2 separate meals?
I’ve heard the diet makes you feel way better and takes like 15-20 pouns off which is awesome cause i need to lose 20 pounds. What do I drink ?For how long?Where do i buy the drink or whatever its called at ?Please tell me everything you know ….and your opinions on the coon cleanse. And can you tell me ways to lose the pouch I have I’m 133 and I am 5′5 i want to lose at least 15 pounds because thats my idle weight thanks.
Who markets these diet products? anyone know who i can contact?
I read that these products are great and actually work for the average human being who doesn’t have time to go out shopping for crazy weird diet dinners. Has anyone heard of these products, tried them, or know someone who has? ( It may be Acai Pure instead of Acai Burn, and it may be Colon Cleanse isntead of CleansER )
im planning on doing the Acai Berry diet with the ColonPro cleanse after delivery to get my pre-baby body back. is it harmful to go ahead and start taking the colon cleanse when i’m 36 wks along?
I’m overweight. How do I look better?
doctor is going to wait 5 weeks before she starts on it. She had a tumor in her colon removed. I love my mom and honestly this is the most hardest thing i am going through, she is staying with me because my father stresses her out about money. I also need some words of encouragement please.
I’m on a diet and recently started mixing a tablespoon of colon cleanse in with my protein. I’m starting to wonder if this is going to effect how the protein is digested. Does anyone know if this is ok to do or should I take them separately? I want to get the most out of my protein but I also want to maintain proper digestion since I have a tendency to get constipated fairly easy. The colon cleanse product contains strictly fiber and psyllum husk.
Over the past 4 months, I’ve had a range of different bowel movements. Some have been fat and roundish; others have been thin and flat. Would I be seeing that range if you had colon cancer.
So is it a problem if I went from not being able to #### for a day, to have something like but not really direria?
I normally #### at once a day…
Abdominal distension: Nope
Abdominal pain: Nope
Unexplained, persistent nausea or vomiting: Nope
Unexplained weight loss: Nope
Change in frequency or character of stool (bowel movements): nope
Small-caliber (narrow) or ribbon-like stools: I dont’ think so?
Sensation of incomplete evacuation after a bowel movement: Nope
Rectal pain: Nope
Age. About 90 percent of people diagnosed with colon cancer are older than 50: I’m 20.
A personal history of colorectal cancer or polyps: Not that I know of.
Inflammatory intestinal conditions: Nope
Inherited disorders that affect the colon: I might have hemmorides, thouh it usually doesn’t cause a problem for me. Basiclly it’s not active most of the time.
Family history of colon cancer and colon polyps: Only my grandma, nobody else even polyps. My parents who are over 50 both got colonoscapes, neither one of them had any polyps.
Diet. Colon cancer and rectal cancer may be associated with a diet low in fiber and high in fat and calories: Probably
A sedentary lifestyle: Yeah, but do try to get at least a little bit of exercise each day.
Diabetes: Nope
Obesity: I’m only 135 pounds
Smoking. I don’t smoke
Alcohol: I don’t drink
Growth hormone disorder: I don’t think so.
Radiation therapy for cancer: I’ve never had cancer or anyone in my family except for my granda who was a smoker.
Is it just my OCD doing this to me?
