I want to do a detox to get all of the toxins out of my body. Can someone help me!!!!
Hello there
I work in a fast food place so often I am stuck eating the food. Fatty fries, garlic bread burgers stuff like that…hard on the stomach-i know. But I find that more and more often I have stomach aches, upset stomach, nausea, heartburn..ect. I am also not very regular.
I live near a rly rly good natural vitamin store. They have anything imaginable. Would a body detox/cleanse or colon cleanse be a good idea. Then should I continue with occasional probiotics. I know I will also have to change my diet as well..but is this a good start?
and a special thanks to the person below that typed a random letter just to get the points. awesome your just so mature! thanks for your help..
from the natural cures book..i dont suggest buying it, go to the bookstore, browse through it and take notes..i did it, but there are ways to detox your body and cleanse the body but which ones are recommended.besides juice diets, and taking laxatives.which are healthier and more beneficial?
you guys are hilarious..no its not constipation, its just cleansing my body of toxins, to see if i feel different. i poo fine..and thank you tissa, lol.
Should I take them at the SAME time?
I’m just trying to detox and clean my body. The acai berry pill will still work, right?
Through detox or other. And not just to pass a drug test or something, to really cleanse out my body, colon, kidneys, liver…etc.
What about colon cleanses, or cholonix, or fasting?
Do you go to the bathroom a lot? Cause I’m worried about having to go while I’m at work (Hostess at a restaurant)

Has anyone tried official cleanse for colon detox? Does it work or is it a scam?
OK, I am a 30 year old father that is not very healthy. I watch a lot of those late night infomercials and one night I seen a advertisement for some colon cleansing products.
I decided there was not much I could lose by trying a program like this so I did some research online and pick a system to start with. I am also in the process of giving up soda and exercising more too.
My worry though is what other people have gone through when doing a detox like this. Recently, I have seen some loss of energy and headaches. I started to document my process on my blog at http://cleansecoloncleansingdetox.com/ and have been asking questions on other blogs, but I wonder if there is a risk associated with this process?
Any advice?
Well, I am trying to bring my weight down and I am trying to eat healthy and exercise but I also heard that doing a colon cleanser is a good way to get started and to shed of a couple lbs right of the bat. I’m also feeling tired and not so energetic which I thought exercise would help with but it hasn’t so much. I feel I just need a complete body detox or something. So, is there a product I can by at the store or something that would work, is safe, and hopefully won’t have me going to the bathroom all day…( I mean something that I can do in the weekend and if it causes diahrea that it will be over in 2-3 days at the most so I don’t have to worry about it at work) Thanks.
Hi am very curious about this. The lemon detox site says to use mandal bay syrup, but I have checked the dept stores in my city ( Bangalore,India)not one of them has it.I read that alternatively maple syrup can be used. But the scary thing is this diet is supposed to be maintained for 2 weeks! and they say to drink this diet mix (8oz)6-8 times in a day .Do they mean 8oz* 6 times or what.Anyone know more about this please help & I don’t want information or links to colon cleansing please ![]()
but is the liquid the only thing that am allowed to have?
I’m going to go on a water detox. I’ll drink nothing but water for the next 5 days. It’s just to cleanse my colon (I heard that lots of people have parasites there, so I’m trying to "clean out"), and to flush out toxins. I’m NOT doing this for weight loss though. I don’t plan on doing heavy exercise. I’m just going to take my dog on his normal 20 minute walk around the block everyday. ***Is it possible that I will pass out (that’s what I’m worried about.)*** Other than that, I WILL do the detox no matter what. (and don’t tell me this isn’t safe or anything. Every doctor has their own opinion on it. And you have your own.)
I’m looking for a way to cleanse and detox, preferably the natural way. I cannot afford a detox kit at this time but if I need to get one, I hopefully can next week.
I’m very clogged up, I havent been able to get regular after an antibiotic in December and now its left me uncomfortably bloated. I had an ultrasound done inside the girly parts but it was discovered my discomfort source is a full colon.
I just downed some apple cider vinegar, but I don’t really know anyone that has been effective for (only my mom has tried it and she wont stick with it) but I am willing to try it as its all I have. I’ve got some Celestial Seasonings Tummy Mint tea, and I think some Pukka(?) tea meant for detoxing and cleansing that I will try (I was looking for tea with fennel and found these, I’ve also got 2 packets of a different tea with fennel I’m going to try later today). If someone has any experience with these teas or another for cleansing, let me know.
I had violent pain the one time I used a laxative so I’m not very keen on trying that again, so any suggestions for good natural/organic products would be helpful, thanks.
Hello
I had a baby in jan and eat unhealthy foods all the time. partly because thats all that avail for me to eat at work. so im going to try to at least clear out the house and start cooking healthier for my family.
I would like to find a cheap detox system. I’m always tired and have aches and pains and headaches and I think maybe trying to clear out all the bad things in my system would help.
I’m not looking to lose weight i just want to feel and be healthier i dont know if i should take a colon cleanse or if i should try those foot pads.
please help i need a way to jump start a new healthy life!
Raw detox, Colon cleanse and Fast ?
I have been hearing that the best way is to detox your self from the insided out. Has anyone tried Colon Cleansing? And does it really work like some people say it does?
So I was doing some online research and was very close to purchasing a colon cleanse kit. However, I found a lot of information stating that a healthy diet and lots of fiber is all humans need to get the movements going as the colon is a self-cleansing organ AND that colon cleansing can flush out the beneficial bacteria and cause dehydration. So I’ve opted to up the fiber and drink more water. I go at least twice a day, so I don’t think I have a problem. I will leave my colon alone and continue to take probiotics.
My first question is this: Should I do a parasite cleanse? I haven’t tested positive for parasites, but I read that you can have parasites and not know it and that a parasite cleanse should be done once a year. I read that humans can pick up parasites just about anywhere, so is a yearly parasite cleanse necessary for maintenace/prevention?
As for the second question: Is a detox really necessary, or should a drastic change in diet and supplements do the trick? I saw a nutritionist who wants me to go totally organic with fruits and meats (I agree with the meats), but I can’t afford totally organic with produce as my budget doesn’t allow for it. Plus,I live in LA and am exposed to toxic air every day. The whole "detox" and "organic only" craze has me confused. If I thorougly wash my conventionally grown fruits and veggies, is that good enough to was away pesticides, bacteria, and parasites?
I have been on pain medication for about a year. Taking it as prescribed but I now feel as though I don not need it and am wanting to cleanse my body and get back on a natural diet. I found a detox that cleanses each organ and goes in specific order cleansing the colon first and then kidneys and ending with the liver and blood. Should I just focus on coming off the pain meds first or is it going to be easier just to go right into the detox regime (Will it make it easier in the long run). I have become somewhat dependant on the meds but not so much addicted. I probaly will experience some withdrawals. Any input would be much appreciated.
Recently I just fell upon detoxing on the internet.
I’m really looking to do a full body detox for all the health benefits, because I REALLY believe my body needs it considering all the symptoms that I have for just a parasite detox alone.
I wanted to do this:
Parasite Cleanse
Kidney Cleanse
Colon Cleanse
Liver Cleanse
I found a kit on ebay that is priced at for a full body detox, but I’m unsure if that is too much.
Could you possibly give me some general prices that you have spent on your detoxes, whether it be just one or all of them, and a list of the ingredients you purchased.
For the parasite detox, it’s generally black wallnut husk, wormwood, and cloves, but i want to see what you have purchased other detoxes.
This would be my first time so I’m trying to go for a decent deal without having to hastle in purchasing all the sorts of capsuls & herbs if I can avoid it by buying a kit.
I’m trying to do this to clean my body out, not just "diet" like many of you may think.
I wouldn’t have asked this if I wanted to go on a diet.
what is a good colon cleanse that actually works? i know that there is like a hollywood 15 day detox and like 100 of others …. ?? help
PLEASE no rude answers if you dont know then dont answer. Thank you ![]()
