I want to do a colon/body detox, (not so much the diet kind, but the kind that you drink something and it flushes out toxins). But my concern is i am on Adderall (20mgs extended release), so i’m wondering is that safe?

i wanna know can i take them i bottle at a time or both at the same time it doesnt say

I’ve been hearing ALOT about various colon cleanse products. Some seem legit others..not so much. Butt ; ) the concept does seem to make alot of sense and is something I’d like to try.
I have a pretty sensible and healthy diet, drink lots of water, exercise butt can’t seem to lose these last few lbs around my stomach. I can honestly say I’ve never been one of those people who "go" everyday but lately I feel rather bloated (look it too) and uncomfortable.
Would something like Activia be just as good to help me "empty out" and possibly lose some of my bloated belly. But I also do really like the idea of ridding myself of toxins…so that’s why I thought a cleanse might be better. I’ve heard alot of good about Colonx by Dr Natura..but again is their one that can be bought @ an actual nutrition store?

Eli..did I not state I already DO have a sensible diet? Better than most as in I drink lots of water, try buying organic products, stay away from hormones or processed foods….you sound a BIT like a bogus poster as in I also stated no one pushing products. Some of thos eso called "free trials" get you sucked into an auto shipment that bill you upwards or or more per month. SO NOT what I’m looking for.

I’m planning on doing a detox or colon fast for 3 days. I’m 13 years old, 115lbs and 5′4. Has anyone done a fast before? I wanna just eat organic fruits, veggies and water for 3 days. I’m hoping it will clear my skin, and maybe I’ll lose like 2-3 lbs? And I heard u can take this supplement thing with you meal to make it a colon cleanse? I also thought about a 3 day water fast but I wanna start with just eating raw fruits/veggies. How do I eat before/after a fast? Will I have energy? Pls answer my questions! Thanks

Hi, I have just started the Dr Natura Colonix cleanse, I only started yesterday and drank the 1 glass of water fibre mix and then drank a cup of the senna tea before I went to bed, then at about 4am I woke up WIDE awake with a faster beating heart, went to the loo a couple of times which was productive and managed to get back to sleep but today I feel seriously wierd…. bit shaky, had a head ache this morning, feel like i’m "buzzing, slight palpitations it feels like" i’m also feeling a bit grogy in general and just not really with it and with a slightly dry mouth
is this normal or have I just reacted really badly to the senna?

I have never detoxed before, but I was told, and can’t remember the order. I was told, I THINK, to cleanse the colon first so that when the residue come out of the liver, etc, then it goes into a cleaner colon that can more easily get rid of those residues ? And what is good for colon cleanse in the way of foods, tinctures, and maybe coffee enemas ? I don’t need site unless they are informative, I do not want sites about where to buy them, I like to hear real life experiences if possible. Thanks

I have heard that fasting can do miracles for your energy level and overall well being. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start and how to proceed? I also have heard that you must detox your colon prior to a fast otherwise you can get poisoned. Is it true and how do you do it?

Is there any truth to the benefits for muscle building, fat loss and metabolism boosting from taking Acai berry supplements with colon cleansing detox simultaneously?

It’s not a fast-you take fiber and drink tea at night and take probiotics-good bacteria that we already have.

I need to lose some weight (like 40 pounds) and ive tried different things but nothing has really worked. I just ordered the aciaberry weightloss pills and a colon detox to take with it.
