I want clean out my bowels out naturally. I’m so boated and packed that I look like I’m 8 months pregnant. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on those cleansing kits. But I want to do it safely.

I started using a cleansing product recommended by an herbalist that I get my vitamins from. The first few days all I noticed was increased bowel movements. Now I am sick to my stomach, cramping, diarrhea. Are these possible side affects? I thought maybe just a bug, but we are going on day three of these intermittent symptoms and I have never had a flu bug go that long. Is it possible that these supplements have flushed out the helpful bacteria in my colon? And yes I did stop taking!!!

In particular Colonix? I found a website on this and it seems very convincing, but it also seems very scary! Please let me know if you have any experience with this or any other cleansing products

I really want to do a colon cleanse, but im not sure what to do or what to use. I was pretty convinced to use Dr. Natura’s Colonix, but then i read somewhere that it is a scam. I have been very prepared to get my first colonoscopy over with this morning. However, I began the mandatory colon cleansing around 6 pm last night and experienced no bowel movement whatsoever. I followed the MoviPrep instructions exactly and absolutely nothing. I poop all the time (diarrhea) and then they tell me to down some heavy duty laxative that tastes like salt and this doesn’t make me go! What the hell is going on?

And how do I use it? How long does it take? What is the approximate cost of it?

Has any one ever had a colon cleanse before, and if so did it help to releave bloating and annoying daily stomach pains? I feel that all the fiber products that’s supposed help with regular bowel habits does not help me at all. I’m also tired of eating grapenuts every other day. I just did the liver cleanse by Dr. Hulda Clark. There were no complications, but the morning after I did the cleanse, I couldn’t identify any stones in the bowel movement. Could someone experienced tell me a possible problem scenario? Im not exactly sure WHY I didnt get any stones out.

I spent over building the zapper which is suppossed to eliminate parasites before doing a liver cleanse. I also had dental work done before the cleanse. I understood that Hulda Clarks liver cleanse recipe was a "true cleanse", and it was also recommended by one of my doctors. I attempted to cleanse to eliminate my shoulder pain, and to eliminate my allergies as well. I also work in a natural foods store, and I heard her cleanse is very effective. I’m not certain of the problem.

There are so many colon Cleansing products on the market, I want to know which one is safe and how it can help my health.

After I had a sigmoidoscopy, my taint became red and irritated. I noticed that it began when i had to cleanse [drink magnesium citrate/fleet enema] the night before it. It’s been five days and I notice if I have to spread my legs it kinda hurts. I’ve been tested for everything and came out clean. I haven’t been sexually active since May [and got tested after it].
