I need to lose weight not only in my stomach, but some from my arms and my especially my thighs. Can I stop taking the supplements when I reach my desired weight and not have my body mess up? Should I take just the acai, just the colon cleanse, or both together? Please help with my questions. Thanks!
Will it help me burn and lose fat off the areas I want? Which is better, acai berry or colon cleansing? I’m a little skeptical about colon cleansing though. I don’t want to lose too much weight, but I definately need to lose some and I want to look and feel great. Please help. Thanks!
