Bowel Cleansing?
I have been having pain after eating, bloating, and I have a lot of the symtoms of IBS. I was wondering if there was anything I could do at home to flush out my digestive track. There are sooo many kits out there and it’s hard to pick the right one. what I do is eat nothing but fruits and veggies for a week and I notice that I loose 2-3 inches off my waist from doing this and all my symtoms disapear. I have taken prilosec, tums and what not, but the pain is all in my lower abdomen not my stomac or chest. Anything else I should do?

Fruits and veggies are good for you .A full bowel detox would require alot of water to drink and plenty of roughage foods.The foods then would sweep your colon and bowels out.Try reading up on detoxing that way you will not do yourself any harm or cause any cramping.A little advice many doctors always try to say it is IBS so if you have any symptons you are not happy with seek a second opinion.
