bad bowel movements?
i changed most of my diet and i’m eating a lot of salads with chicken and fruits and whole grain cereals in the morning but i have been getting alot of #3 so to speak. this seems to happen every time i start this cycle of eating healthy again. which has only been twice. but i know how to do it the right way now, but why is this? is my body cleansing and ridding waste? or is it something serious?

It’s normal when you eat salad, fruits, veggies, bran, and other bulk-forming foods to go #2 a lot. It’s good for you too! don’t be alarmed unless the stool is gray, red, or has other abnormal characterists.
no silly. you are consuming more fiber. it’s a good thing to be going poo poo a lot. you are cleaning your body of toxins. stop eating crap that’s keeping the crap in your body and making you unhealthy.
It is good that you are regular. Fiber is good but you should be getting about 10 to 13 grams per 1000 calories. If you get much more than that, you can get diarrhea.
