Human anatomical directions are messed up because we are bipedal. Even though our stomach/chest comes first when we walk, it is considered ventral (ventriculus is one Latin word for "belly); although the top of our head is uppermost, it is not considered dorsal, it is considered anterior. Even though our spine comes "last," it is not posterior, it is dorsal (dorsum meaning "back").
The choices are all confused.
