From my personal experience the ones that GNC sell don’t work but that could just be my system didn’t take to it. But I found a product on the internet which worked great called, don’t laugh- PoopDoc. It removes all the bad stubborn bacteria left in the intestine. It is a 3 day system with so many pills each day, just don’t leave the house much during this time because you WILL need a bathroom, no painful cramping either which was great. Research it and see what you think & good luck.
If you use this stuff that comes from over in Isreal, it’s called the dead see products. They may be highly priced but they improve your face within 3 weeks. (:
Mulberry tea and fresh mulberries are believed to be good cleansing or detoxifying agents.
You can buy some mulberry tea at chinese grocery stores.
The most logical and simple method is the best, and for that reason. Here’s the mix, and how to cleanse:
Get a good night’s sleep. Mix two teaspoons of epsom salts in 32 ounces of tepid water until the salts blend in thoroughly. Sit on the toilet and drink all of it down. This will take time, probably twenty minutes. Shortly thereafter, your colon will begin to cleanse itself. By thirty minutes’ time after it begins, you should feel energized, and clean (at least on the inside, LOL). Skip breakfast, as this will give your gastrointestinal tract a much-needed rest.
Note: By using this method, the salts stay only in the gastrointestinal tract and are not absorbed by the body. Works like gangbusters!
