I’m having so many attacks, and usually I can cure them with valuum or painkillers, but since I’m pregnant I was wondering if there are any remedies anyone has tried that have worked… serious answers only please.

I do have IBS as a side illness with Fibromyalgia and surprisingly my IBS has greatly subsided where foods i couldn’t eat before now i can. I have not been so lucky with the FIbro. I would suggest to stay away from the foods that triggered the flare ups before and keep a food journal to see if any new foods are also causing a flare up. I also found that lots of water helped everytime i had a flare up.
