Its great!…And sensible…Its basically no carbs except veggies for the the first 2 weeks no sugar at all lean meats…You’ll drop 5-10 pounds right off….Then after 2 weeks start adding small amounts of whole grains…A piece of toast or some brown rice…You won’t eat much because your carb addiction has been broken and its full of fiber and filling…Takes forever to digest and you are so thrilled with the weight flying off you are scared of carbs!..lol…I found if I ate carbs after lunch time I couldn’t stop eating all night and if I kept my carbs all in the morning I was able to avoid the snacking at night…Its a great diet and healthy…Something that you can live with…No alcohol for the first 2 weeks either but then red wine in moderation is fine…How sweet is that?!…Good luck!
Are you healthy enough to exercise? If so, then I recommend it. Dieting with those diets is asking for trouble.
Try the GI diet. It’s sensible, the portions are good, the results are long term. You don’t cut out any food groups and you eat the bad stuff in moderation.
The G.I. Diet makes all the calculations for you by listing all foods in three traffic light colour categories: red light foods which you avoid if you want to lose weight; yellow light listings are foods that are to be used occasionally; and green light foods – eat as much as you like.
In short, The G.I. Diet will not let you go hungry or feel deprived. It is simplicity itself for as one Columnist put it ‘if you can follow a traffic light, you can follow this diet’. Finally it will not harm your health like many of today’s diets, but rather will actually reduce your risk from heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and many cancers.
I lost a significant amount of weight on it but most importantly, I never went hungry or tired.
mmmm im not suure if it will work for you but my best friend tried it and in the first two weeks she began feeling really weak and wobbly and that was the first 2 WEEKS!!…her doctor said it was the…mmmmm extreme carbohydrate restriction or some crap like that…but if you try it STOP and go see a doctor if you start feeling weak or sick but if it works please let me know
oooh good luck babe

No, Isagenix works much better. My friend used it and lost so much more weight over a year ago and it hasn’t come back. She ordered it from http://www.physique.isagenix.com
