My natural doctor told me that it’s not safe to use any of the detox remedies, that our bodies are designed to clean themselves, and man should not interfere with nature…If you are worried about detoxing yourself, start at the other end and limit the bad stuff you put in your mouth…!

I still have the book around but I am in the middle of moving and everything is packed up………. I just looked it up on amazon. The book is called "They call me Dr. Doody" There is a used copy for $3.13 available. The book is funny as well as informative. It should answer many of your questions and I did find it effective.
