After colon surgery, can a man become impotent?
My friend just had a third surgery to remove part of his colon and to add an illiostomy. He said he might become impotent from the surgery and said he couldn’t deal with that. He’s my ex boyfriend and i still love him and he loves me but I don’t want to continue the relationship. We are just too different. But i feel so sorry for him like i have o be there for him if he becomes impotent. What are the chances of him recovering from it?: Does this mean he won’t be able to get an erection at all?

Cross that bridge when you get to it. Worrying about something that hasn’t even happened yet is fruitless.
There is no relationship with the colon and a mans erection that I am aware of and I had colon surgery where they removed 15 inches of my colon.
