A good way to clean out the intestines?
I don’t want to do an enema. What oral cleanse can I take to clean out my intestines real good and will do it quickly? Thanks.

Let me understand this. You want to take an oral cleanse to totally disrupt your digestive system because you have a problem in the rectum. Do as you like; but, I would say take a warm water enema,

really, it’s a great drink. makes me feel good.
this might not be the quickest way, but eat A LOT of fiber! fiber cleans out your body’s waste. so get those fiber bars and supplements and eat plenty of vegs and greens!!
I agree with Kelly. Try eating more fiber. It’s a much more natural way to clean your intestines.
