I have to have a colonoscopy next Monday. I have had one before and am really not looking forward to it. The problem is drinking the triLyte crap! Anybody have any ideas about how to get it down quick and painless? Which flavor packs are the best?
I can’t take the pills because I have kidney damage. :(

I would like to know if anyone has tried these things & if they had the results that you see advertised everywhere.
I ended up gaining 35 lbs (bringing me to 156) when I was pregnant with my daughter & after giving birth I dropped down to 138 but unfortunately I got on the Mirena Birth control & gained all the weight back in 1 month. For the past 15 months I have tried to loose the weight with no luck & I even switched my birth control. Don’t tell me to go exercise & eat healthy because I already do that. That’s why I am curious if anyone has had results with these things.

I haven’t had to go to the bathroom since the past 12 hours. But when I wipe, there are small stains of blood. What could cause this? There is pain in "the area" when I get up from a chair or make sudden movements.

If you have had a cat treated for rectal prolapse I would like to know the details of your experience. I recently found my 8 1/2 year old Persian cat with 4 or more inches of her bowel hanging out. She seemed to be in alot of pain. My vet did not give me much hope. I had her put to sleep and I am living with sadness , pain and regret. I quit 14 days ago today, and I was a heavy daily smoker for about 6 years. I smoked the kushy and the regs. I weigh 268lbs and I’m 6′. I have been taking 250mg time-released niacin capsules for 1 week and 4 days. Also a Men’s Sport Daily Vitamin supplement for about 3 months (this also has 50mg of niacin in it) I exercise every day (or some form of physical activity) as well. I’m losing the rest of my 30 or so more lbs of fat anyways regardless of quitting the pot or not, so quitting and losing the weight seems to be a very productive collaboration of the two (one helps the other). I’m not using synthetic urine, I’m so glad to be free of the "smoke weed er’ day all day" lifestyle; and I’m not using a detox drink, I’m doing this naturally.

I’m quitting for a big boy job, long story short they sprung the test on us and I didn’t have my synthetic piss with me so I went ahead and pissed in the cup anyways >.> lol. Of course I failed but luckily I scored really well on the aptitude tests and on the interview so I’m getting another chance to give them a clean test and get my drug-free certification card. (sat down with the business agent of the local union who is allowing me)

I’m not looking to mask the test I just wonder are there way’s besides what I’m doing to help speed up the process of detoxification even more? A few searches on google and I find controversial arguments about: apple cider vinegar, detox drinks, colon cleanses, baking soda and water, pickle juice (vinegar), HIGH doses of niacin (I am pretty sensitive to the stuff), vitamins and herbs from organic shops, and other stuff.

I scheduled an appt. with my doctor yesterday for a 10 panel drug test (that’s the minimal test required to be hired) I tested positive for THC :( So I rescheduled again for Monday. (I’m trying to shorten the window of when I’m positive or negative so I can start a.s.a.p.! and at co-pay’s, you can’t beat it -vs- the home drug test kits which are not 10 panel)

So that’s that, PLEASE! let me know your thoughts or any advice you have fellow earthling’s, it would be greatly appreciated :)

For the past 3 weeks I have been dieting and exercising without seeing any results. I understand that change isn’t going to happen over night, but I would atleast appreciate losing a couple pounds. I am 5′ 3", 122 pounds (trying to get to 110) and I have been eating about 850-900 calories a day. I have also been doing the "Insanity Workout" 6 days a week. I do not feel like i am starving myself with the amount of food I am eating, it is all healthy, and loaded with fiber and nutrients. I also haven’t beening having BMs hardly at all. I only go 1-2 times a week and feel bloated and miserable. Even when i take colon cleansers and stool softeners…nothing happens! I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong….HELP!

I have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and the doctors told me to be on a high fiber diet which worked at 1st and now has stopped working and then on Zelnorm which also worked at 1st but no longer works. I’m 23 year old young man who just got his yearly check up 2 weeks ago, and was told i was really healthy. A week later I started getting bad abdominal pain, this made me worry when it didn’t subside after bowel movements. I lost 11 pounds in 5 days. I had no blood in my urine, and my blood test come back showing normal levels in white blood cells, and nothing wrong with my liver or kidneys. The doctor treated me for a parasite. Over the past couple days i have gained 2 pounds and my stool has had little black specks in it (almost pepper like) I have read this happens when the parasites are being cleansed from the body. Should the weight come back slowly like a 1/10 of pound here and there or should i re-gain the pounds in a couple days?

I wonder how their surgery went and if they needed chemo.
